Your journey begins with an early morning departure from Marrakech in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle with your driver-guide.
Travel through the High Atlas Mountains via the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass, stopping along the way to admire panoramic views and traditional Berber villages.
Visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Aït Ben Haddou, a historic ksar renowned for its striking architecture and cinematic history. After lunch, continue to Ouarzazate, often called the “Gateway to the Desert.”
Drive through the Valley of Roses and along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs before reaching the Dades Valley.

After breakfast, continue your journey through the dramatic landscapes of southern Morocco.
Visit the spectacular Todra Gorges, where towering canyon walls create a breathtaking natural setting. Enjoy time to explore and take photos before continuing toward the Sahara.
Pass through Erfoud, known for its fossil workshops, before arriving in Merzouga at the edge of the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi.

📅 Day 3: Merzouga → Atlas Mountains → Marrakech
Distance: ~560 km
Driving time: 9–10 hours
Wake early to experience the sunrise over the dunes — a highlight of your desert adventure.
After breakfast, return to Merzouga by camel or 4x4 vehicle. Begin the journey back to Marrakech, passing once again through the Atlas Mountains with stops along the way.
